Pitalito Estates of Colombia Decaf (4006)

A true show-stopper and one of our most popular, this beautiful Colombian coffee is built on a strong relationship with our producer and an even stronger commitment to excellence and quality. Colombian Pitalito Estates is an award-winning coffee noted for its winy fruit acidity and sugary sweet caramel finish. This meticulously graded Supremo is as consistent in its complexity as it is in its quality. Through gentle air-roasting, we are able to unlock a myriad of delicate flavors while helping to create a wonderfully smooth and full body.

With help from The Roasterie, people in this region can enjoy a new Community Center.

Highland Decaf of Costa Rica (4009)

Handpicked in the Terrazu growing region of central Costa Rica, this coffee is specially selected for its bright and robust flavor profile. It’s then delicately water-process decaffeinated to preserve its flavor. You’ll experience a sweet berry acidity complemented by caramel sugar notes, light raspberry and peach tones, and a smooth, clean finish. It’s this cleanliness and satisfying complexity that will have you guessing if you’re actually drinking decaf.
